Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: June 11, 2026
These rules keep MLtitude safe and fair. By using the Service — including the free trial — you agree to use it responsibly and within these limits.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy keeps MLtitude safe, reliable, and fair for everyone. It applies to all users, including those using the free trial. Violating it may result in rate limiting, suspension, or termination.
2. Prohibited content
You must not use the Service to generate, store, or distribute content that:
- Is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
- Is sexually explicit involving minors, or facilitates exploitation or abuse.
- Promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or illegal activity.
- Is intentionally deceptive, including disinformation, impersonation, or fraud.
- Contains malware, or instructions designed to cause harm or compromise systems.
3. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or abuse-prevention controls — for example by rotating IP addresses, clearing identifiers, or scripting the free trial.
- Use automated means to access the Service except through interfaces we provide.
- Overload, disrupt, or probe the Service or its infrastructure (including denial-of-service or vulnerability scanning without authorization).
- Resell, sublicense, or systematically extract the Service or its Output to build a competing product.
- Share, sell, or transfer access in violation of your plan.
4. Fair use of the free trial
The free trial exists so you can genuinely evaluate MLtitude. To keep it fast and available for everyone, anonymous trials are limited per browser and network and may be subject to verification. Attempts to abuse the free tier — for example by generating bulk content through repeated anonymous sessions — are not permitted and may be blocked automatically.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the Input you provide and for reviewing Output before use. Ensure you have the rights to any material you upload, and confirm that generated content is accurate and appropriate before publishing or relying on it.
6. Enforcement
We may take any action we consider appropriate to enforce this policy, including throttling, removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and cooperating with law enforcement where required. Where practical and lawful, we aim to act proportionately.
7. Reporting
To report content or conduct that violates this policy, contact abuse@mltitude.com. We review reports and act on credible violations.
