Last updated: June 11, 2026

Your trust matters. This policy describes the data MLtitude collects, why we collect it, how it's protected, and the control you have over it.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information MLtitude collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run the Service well and keep it secure.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — your name, email, and password (stored only as a secure hash), plus your organization and role where applicable.
  • Content you provide — prompts, files, URLs, and the materials you generate (your Input and Output).
  • Usage and device data — basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and interactions with the Service, used for security, abuse prevention, and improving the product.
  • Trial identifiers — for anonymous trials, a privacy-preserving signal (such as a hashed network and browser fingerprint) used solely to enforce free-tier limits and prevent abuse.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and secure the Service and generate the content you request.
  • Enforce usage limits and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse.
  • Communicate with you about your account, security, and changes to the Service.
  • Understand usage in aggregate to improve features and reliability.

4. AI processing of your content

To generate Output, your Input may be processed by automated systems and trusted third-party model providers acting on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

We do not sell your content. We do not use your private Input or Output to train third-party foundation models except where you have explicitly opted in.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service securely, including session cookies for authentication. We use minimal analytics to understand product usage. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

6. Sharing and disclosure

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

  • With service providers (such as hosting and AI model providers) bound by confidentiality and security obligations.
  • Within your organization, where you use MLtitude under an enterprise account, consistent with your role and your organization's settings.
  • When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of MLtitude, our users, or the public.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this policy.

7. Data retention

We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated content. We may retain limited records as required for legal, security, or accounting purposes.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information and to respond promptly to any incident.
