Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using MLtitude (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

MLtitude is an AI-assisted content studio that helps you generate learning and development materials, including slide decks, documents, podcasts, interactive modules, and spreadsheet assessments.

We may add, change, or remove features over time. We may also offer a free tier with usage limits and paid plans with expanded access.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. The free trial may be used without an account, subject to usage limits and abuse prevention measures.

"Input" means the prompts, files, URLs, and other materials you provide. "Output" means the content the Service generates from your Input.

You retain ownership of your Input. As between you and MLtitude, you own the Output you generate, to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to your Input and for reviewing Output before you use it.

You grant us a limited license to process your Input and Output solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these terms. Among other things, you must not:

• Generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or abuse-prevention measures.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to build a competing product by systematic extraction.

Output is generated by automated systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any Output before relying on or publishing it.

The Service does not provide professional, legal, financial, medical, or compliance advice.

Free generations and trials are subject to limits we may change at any time. Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence shown at checkout and are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may modify pricing with notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by MLtitude and its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These terms grant you no rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MLtitude will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, abuse the Service, or as needed to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
