Maintenance windows
Planned maintenance is announced in-app and by email at least 48 hours in advance. Maintenance windows are scheduled for low-traffic periods (typically Sundays, 02:00–04:00 UTC) and are usually transparent to users. Major upgrades are coordinated individually with enterprise customers.
Service Level Objectives
Our internal target for the web application and core APIs is 99.9% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance. Enterprise customers can negotiate a contractually backed SLA — email info@edothsoft.com.
