Compliance refresh in an afternoon, not a quarter.

The annual compliance refresh ran 60 slides, a SCORM module, a knowledge check, and a two-page summary for line managers. Updating it took eleven weeks every year. By the time it shipped, half the regulatory references were already a quarter out of date.

The team rebuilt the entire refresh as four MLtitude surfaces: the SCORM module for the LMS, the deck for the live walk-through, the manager memo in Docs, and an XLSim micro-assessment proving the trainee could apply a specific transaction rule in a workbook. All four come from one brief; updating the brief regenerates all four.

The yearly refresh dropped from eleven weeks to two days of writing. Audit got a cleaner trail — same source, same date, same version across all four artefacts.
